EVENGINE™ Project Financial and Control software – for project, program, portfolio management is a Microsoft® Office Excel Add-in productivity tool that provides Earned Value Performance Management (EVPM) to internationally accepted standards and guidelines.

Project Management Institutes PMBOK® Guide — Fourth Addition, together with their Practice Standard for Earned Value Management;
US Department of Defense DoD 5000.2-R — (Mandatory Procedures for Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPS) and Major Automated Information System (MAIS) Acquisition Programs);
ANSI/EIA-748-B — (Standard on Earned Value Management System guidelines); and
Australia Standard AS 4817-2006 — (Project Performance Management Using Earned Value).
EVENGINE utilizes cost, work and material/quantity scheduling data from Microsoft ® Office Project 2003, 2007 and 2010, as well as Primavera ® Version 6/7 Project Management software to create a Microsoft Office Excel 2003, 2007 or 2010 workbook containing all necessary planning data ready for EVENGINE processing.
EVENGINE provides the option to substitute Microsoft Office Project calculated task-based cost, work and material /quantity actuals with those collected by the corporate job cost accounting and time sheet system.
EVENGINE provides the option to hold and maintain all cost, work and material /quantity usage data within EVENGINE, refreshing the schedule data from planning software as work progresses.
EVENGINE extends conventional Earned Value Performance Management (EVPM) reporting to include commercial cash flow mirroring the agreed payment conditions, profit and loss analysis, contract management with certificates of claims and payments, financial modelling using discounted cash flow and performance analysis using cost, work and material/quantity metrics & indices.
